Job summary

Corporate Four Insurance in Edina, MN seeks a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to serve as the friendly voice for our commercial clients. You will process endorsements, renewals, and new business applications, and support Account Executives with client servicing with care and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a Property & Casualty license and at least 2 years in insurance customer service, plus experience handling commercial accounts.

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty License required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an insurance customer service role.
Prior experience managing commercial insurance accounts.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued commercial insurance clients.
Process policy endorsements, renewals, and new business applications accurately.
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email.
Assist Account Executives with policy reviews and client servicing needs.
Maintain organized and up-to-date client files within our agency management system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
