Hiverecruiter is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts in the hospitality and restaurant sector. You will handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other servicing needs while building strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience, a P&C license, and proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management within an insurance agency or brokerage.
• Experience servicing hospitality and restaurant accounts, with understanding of the industry’s unique insurance needs.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• Knowledge of commercial lines policies, renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and carrier communication.
• Strong relationship-building, organizational, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Join our expanding P&C Insurance Carrier client whom is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Commercial Lines Account Manager!

What You'll Do:

Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, serving as a primary point of contact for clients in the hospitality and restaurant industry.

Handle policy renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance, and other policy servicing needs.

Build strong client relationships by providing responsive support and addressing coverage, billing, and policy-related questions.

Coordinate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, resolve service issues, and ensure clients' insurance needs are met.

Maintain accurate client records, track renewals, and support day-to-day account management operations.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management within an insurance agency or brokerage.

Experience servicing hospitality and restaurant accounts, with an understanding of the industry's unique insurance needs.

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
