Jones Petroleum is seeking a Full-Time Commercial CSR/Account Manager to join our growing Commercial Insurance team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of insurance servicing experience, be detail-oriented, and excel in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as service and support for the producer book of business.
• Help manage the renewal process including binders, certificates, invoicing, etc.
• Collaborate with Producers and team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform other duties as required.
