Accenture seeks a Commercial Insurance Analyst to review property and casualty coverage on commercial real estate loans, ensuring compliance with loan agreements and investor guidelines. You will liaise with borrowers, agents, and brokers to cure deficiencies and support timely closings.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, knowledge of ACORD certificates, and collaboration with the lending team to resolve gaps before loan closing or policy renewal deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial real estate insurance review, mortgage loan servicing, or insurance compliance.
• Familiarity with ACORD certificates and insurance policies for commercial properties securing mortgage loans.
• Knowledge of FHA, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily servicing and insurance requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze ACORD certificates, declarations pages, and full insurance policies for commercial properties securing mortgage loans.
• Assess compliance against loan agreements, GSE guidelines, and investor standards.
• Identify deficiencies and initiate resolution workflows with borrowers and agents.
• Serve as liaison between lending team, borrowers, and insurance brokers to resolve coverage gaps.
• Track items and ensure timely resolution before loan closing or policy renewal deadlines.
