Job summary

PNC Midland is seeking an Insurance Associate to ensure compliance of real estate loan insurance policies and to interact with borrowers and agents to obtain evidence of coverage. You will handle premium payments and address lender placed insurance issues, supporting related analyses.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree or 2+ years' experience, strong attention to detail, and solid knowledge of insurance regulations. This is an in-office role within PNC's Insurance department.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or 2+ years relative experience.
• Knowledge of insurance compliance for real estate loans preferred.
• Strong analytical and regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Determines compliance of insurance policies on real estate loans against loan documents, contracts, and regulations.
• Works with borrowers and clients to obtain evidence of compliant insurance.
• Contacts borrowers and agents to resolve insurance issues or discrepancies.
• Escalates non-compliant coverages to management per procedures.
• Supports processing of insurance premium disbursements and lender placement prep.
