Armada Analytics, Inc. seeks an experienced Commercial Insurance Analyst II to perform pre-closing compliance insurance reviews for commercial real estate lenders. You will collaborate with insurance agents to ensure policy compliance with lender requirements and produce thorough review reports.

The role supports Senior Insurance Analyst and AVP, handles high-volume review work, and aims to protect lenders' interests while driving timely closings.

Formación

• Must have 3–5 years of commercial property & casualty insurance experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate insurance reviews for lenders.
• Loan document review and interpretation experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately conduct reviews of ACORD insurance forms for lender requirements.
• Contact insurance agents by phone/email to adjust coverage to acceptable levels.
• Develop and write insurance review reports for clients.
• Interact with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure loan reviews meet target rate lock and closing dates.
• Perform peer quality control reviews.
• Assist with training new hires.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting production benchmarks.
• Oversee insurance renewal monitoring for assigned loans.
