Job summary

Highstreet Insurance & Financial Services - Rocky Mountains is seeking a client-focused Client Manager to join our Commercial Lines team in Colorado. This role manages assigned accounts, provides risk management guidance, and ensures client needs are handled with professionalism.

You will build strong client relationships, coordinate renewals, prepare proposals, and collaborate with producers, underwriters, and carriers to advocate for client interests.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Property & Casualty License.
• 5+ years of commercial insurance client management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Property, General Liability, Commercial Auto, Workers’ Compensation, and Umbrella.
• Familiarity with D&O, E&O, EPLI, and Builders Risk preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with agency management systems (Applied Epic) preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• College education or industry designations preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Respond to client and internal service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage day-to-day policy servicing including endorsements, certificates, audits, cancellations, and mid-term changes.
• Review insurance requirements and identify potential coverage gaps or deficiencies.
• Assist clients with claims reporting and follow up to ensure claims are handled effectively by carriers.
• Support billing inquiries and assist with agency-billed accounts as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information within the agency management system.
• Coordinate renewals, including gathering information, marketing to carriers, and reviewing quotes.
• Prepare applications, coverage summaries, proposals, and premium comparison documents.
• Conduct client coverage reviews and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling or expanded coverage when appropriate.
• Collaborate with producers, underwriters, and carriers to advocate for client needs.
• Participate in internal meetings and attend client meetings when appropriate.
• Monitor market trends and communicate relevant insights to producers and team members.
