Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus at least 2 years of insurance experience.
• Maintain client-centric focus and meet internal/external expectations.
• Strong MS Office and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop thorough understanding of client businesses and industries.
• Manage the client service cycle and monitor timeframes and renewal deadlines.
• Respond timely to client inquiries and agency/ company requests.
• Assist in preparing insurance submissions as directed by Client Manager or Client Executive.
• Review, order, and document renewals according to agency procedures; investigate non-renewals.
