USI Insurance Services offers an 18-month Commercial Insurance Career Track Program designed to build a strong foundation in commercial insurance through structured training and real-world experience.

You will work alongside experienced professionals, supporting account teams and assisting with day-to-day management of client accounts, from initial placement through ongoing service, while gaining exposure to risk management, client communication, and broker practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree earned within the last two years.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support account managers in servicing client accounts across industries.
• Assist in preparing applications, summaries of insurance, schedules, and client deliverables.
• Gather information from carriers, such as loss runs and policy updates.
