Job summary

USI Insurance Services offers an 18-month Commercial Insurance Career Track Program providing hands-on experience with account teams, coverage concepts, and broker functions. Qualifications

• Earned a bachelor’s degree within the past two years.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support account teams in servicing client accounts across industries.
• Assist in preparing applications, summaries of insurance, schedules, and client deliverables.
• Gather information such as loss runs and policy updates from carriers.
• Help with processing policy changes, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Coordinate client requests and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Support renewal preparation and ongoing account service activities.
• Participate in team discussions to learn how client strategies and insurance solutions are developed.
