Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree earned within the past two years.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support account managers in servicing client accounts across industries.
• Assist in preparing applications, summaries, schedules, and other client deliverables.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers for information like loss runs and policy updates.
• Assist with processing policy changes, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Support renewal preparation and ongoing account service activities.
• Participate in team discussions to learn client strategies and insurance solutions.
