You will educate customers on program features, meet monthly metrics for new business premium and bind ratio, and provide prompt, high-quality support in a high-volume insurance center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling by educating customers on program features, coverage forms and state required affidavits.
• Meet/exceed monthly metrics: New Business Premium & Bind Ratio goals.
• Handle inbound phone calls for quotes and questions.
• Understand coverage and endorsements forms; underwriting & claims process.
