EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants, a leading nationwide insurance broker, is seeking an Associate Broker to provide high-quality client service and partner with the lead broker to ensure the book of business is properly serviced. The role is based in Alpharetta, GA with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office).

Qualifications

• Experience in an insurance agency, broker, or carrier is required, including marketing/placement experience (5+ years).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Support Broker and Client Executive with day-to-day client service.
• Assist with negotiation and placement of policies with underwriters.
• Review quotes and negotiate coverage enhancements with underwriters.
• Produce/assist with client submissions, proposals, and insurance summaries.
• Assist with Insurance M&A due diligence and program analysis for potential clients.
