A-MAX Insurance, based in Phoenix, is hiring a Commercial Insurance Agent to build a pipeline and generate new business. You will serve as the main contact from origination through policy lifecycle, delivering tailored coverage solutions and exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and prior sales experience in insurance. In-office position with local marketing travel and dedicated licensing assistance are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years professional sales experience preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in Arizona required.
• Office-based role with local travel for marketing.
• Strong written, verbal, and people skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Commercial Insurance options (auto, workers comp, GL, umbrella, BOP).
• Identify prospective insureds and advise on coverage needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with policyholders.
• Handle forms, address changes, billing, and discontinuations.
• Review policy terms to confirm coverage and exclusions.
