The role requires a high school diploma, AZ license (Personal Lines or P&C), and strong bilingual English/Spanish communication. Weekend availability and reliable transport are needed to succeed in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Arizona license for Personal Lines or Property & Casualty required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with insurance needs such as new policies, edits, renewals and payments.
• Inspect vehicles to assess risk based on condition and characteristics.
• Develop clientele through networking and marketing with the office manager.
• Process policy renewals and coordinate with underwriting to complete policies.
• Support daily office tasks and administrative duties.
