Job summary

WLR Insurance Solutions, established to deliver personalized commercial insurance, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support the Agency Director and Sales Team with policy management and client communications. You will process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations while ensuring accuracy and timely service.

The role requires knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year commercial account experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Agency Director and Sales Team with policy management including: New business, Marketing, renewals, endorsements, audits, reinstatements and cancellations.
• Communicate with carriers and clients on new business, marketing, renewals, endorsements, audits, reinstatements and cancellations.
• Provide clients support by responding to payment inquiries, addressing policy concerns and finalizing policy documents.
• Issue proofs of insurance including evidence of property, certificates of insurance and auto id cards via the agency management system.
• Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.
• Keeps informed regarding industry information, new product information, legislation, coverages and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
• Utilizes good communication skills, cooperating purposefully and providing information and guidance, as needed, to accomplish goals.
• Comply with departmental reporting requirements.
