Job summary

United Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to maintain high levels of customer service for existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, the agency, and the underwriter, handling policy changes, renewals, and proposals.

The role requires a P&C license and 1–5 years’ experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• State P&C license required; 1–5 years’ experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage files in EPIC and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts and solicit new business as opportunities arise.
• Serve as the main contact between clients, agency, and underwriter.
• Prepare applications, proposals, and renewals with accurate documentation.
• Process policy changes, invoices, and renewal lists.
• Collaborate with producers on new business and remarketing renewals.
