Haller Enterprises in State College, PA, is hiring a skilled Commercial Install Plumber to join our growing team. You’ll install and repair commercial piping systems, read project plans, and ensure quality workmanship while maintaining safety.

Bring 4–5+ years of install experience, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to craftsmanship. We offer $25–$45/hr with overtime, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, PTO, and comprehensive benefits to support your long-term success.

What You'll Do

• Installing and repairing commercial piping systems and plumbing fixtures
• Working with valves, pipe systems, fittings, and related equipment
• Reading and following project plans to complete high-quality installations
• Ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely
• Representing Haller professionally on job sites and in customer facilities
• Collaborating with team members while also working independently in the field
• Sharing knowledge and helping support less experienced technicians
• Completing job documentation accurately and on time

What We're Looking For (Required Experience)

• 4-5+ years of Commercial Plumbing Install experience
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Comfortable using digital tools (iPad/email) for job documentation and communication
• Strong work ethic and commitment to doing the job right the first time

Nice To Have (not Required)

• Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
• Technical school or associate degree
