Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of Commercial Plumbing Install experience.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using digital tools (iPad/email) for job documentation and communication.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to doing the job right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair commercial piping systems and plumbing fixtures.
• Work with valves, pipe systems, fittings, and related equipment.
• Read and follow project plans to complete high-quality installations.
• Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely.
• Represent Haller professionally on job sites and in customer facilities.
• Collaborate with team members while also working independently in the field.
• Share knowledge and help support less experienced technicians.
• Complete job documentation accurately and on time.
