Job summary

Work With Your Handz LLC is seeking a Commercial Install Plumber for our State College, PA location, focusing on commercial piping and fixture installations. You will represent the company with customers, perform precise work, and share your expertise with new technicians in a collaborative team environment.

The role requires 3–5+ years of commercial plumbing install experience; an AA or technical degree is beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• An AA degree from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
• Journeyman's or Master's license is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and to communicate via professional email.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company daily in customers' businesses with a problem-solving mindset.
• Install and repair commercial piping and fixtures.
• Be familiar with valves, pipe fittings, and pipes.
• Be precise and efficient on each job.
• Share knowledge with less experienced teammates.
• Work under minimal supervision while contributing to a team that supports one another.
• Complete jobs and paperwork neatly, accurately, and on time.

About the Commercial Install Plumber

This Commercial Install Plumber role is based out of our State College, PA location, and is a part of our Commercial Install Group. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is experienced in Commercial Plumbing and loves providing outstanding customer service while focusing on doing quality work. Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Represent our company every day in the businesses of our customers. Have a problem-solving mindset and a strong work ethic to get the job done.
• Install and repair commercial piping and plumbing fixtures.
• Be familiar with all kinds of valves, pipe fittings, and pipes.
• Be precise and efficient on each job.
• Provide guidance and share the knowledge you have spent your career learning with those just getting started in the trade.
• Work under minimum supervision but also be a part of a team that respects each other and leans on each other when needed.
• Mindfulness and communication are key for the team to be successful. Take pride in completing all jobs and paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5+ years of Commercial Plumbing Install experience.
• An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required.
• A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work.
• Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade.
• Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record so we can give you a new company vehicle for you to drive each day and take home each evening.
• A Journeyman's or Master's License is a plus but NOT required
• Proficiency with technology to work from an iPad and the ability to type a professional email to communicate with any member of our customer's organization.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
