Job summary

All Hours Mechanical, a growing commercial HVAC contractor, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Retrofit Install Technician to install, replace, and retrofit HVAC equipment in office buildings, retail facilities, and industrial properties.

Requirements include 4+ years of install experience, EPA certification, valid driver’s license, and OSHA 10 within 90 days. Competitive pay up to $60/hour plus benefits and company-provided tools and vehicle.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Experience performing code compliant retrofit projects from blueprint to complete.
• EPA certification required; OSHA 10 preferred (required within 90 days of hire).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Retrofit Install Technician to install, replace, and retrofit HVAC equipment and mechanical systems in office buildings, retail facilities, industrial properties, and other commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace commercial HVAC equipment and mechanical systems.
• Complete retrofit projects in existing commercial facilities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
• Install RTUs, boilers, chillers, WSHPs, VAV systems, split systems, and exhaust systems.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and local codes.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades on job sites.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred
• Experience performing code compliant, commercial retrofit project, from blueprint to complete
• Experience installing RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, WSHPs, split systems, and related equipment
• EPA certification required
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (required within 90 days of hire)
• Valid driver's license

Compensation

Starting pay: $30-$60 per hour

Compensation is based on experience, certifications, technical expertise, and overall qualifications.

Additional Compensation

• Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate
• Double-time holiday pay
• Additional earning potential for highly experienced commercial HVAC retrofit technicians and installers
