All Hours Mechanical in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Retrofit Install Project Manager to lead retrofit installations from blueprint to completion.

You will read blueprints, coordinate with project managers and other trades, mentor junior installers, and ensure code-compliant, safe installations on site. This role offers a clear path into project management with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor others.
• EPA Certification required.
• OSHA 10 preferred (required within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Install and replace commercial HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.
• Lead retrofit installations from start to finish.
• Mentor and direct junior installers.
• Ensure work meets code, safety, and manufacturer standards.

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Retrofit Install Project Manager to manage commercial HVAC installation projects from blueprint to completion. This role is ideal for a technician who takes ownership, leads by example, and consistently delivers clean, efficient, code-compliant installations.

This position offers a clear path into Project Management for technicians who demonstrate leadership and project ownership.

Systems & Equipment Experience

Experience with some or all of the following is preferred:

• Rooftop Units (RTUs)
• Boilers
• Chillers
• Water Source Heat Pumps (WSHPs)
• VAV Systems
• Split Systems
• Exhaust Systems
• Commercial HVAC equipment
• HVAC retrofit and replacement projects

Job Responsibilities

• Install and replace commercial HVAC systems

Requirements

• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Experience working with cranes, lifts, and ladders
• EPA Certification required
• OSHA 10 preferred (required within 90 days of hire)
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor others
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• BuildOps experience is a plus

Compensation

• Starting at $40-$60+hour, based on experience and certifications
• Overtime available
• Higher compensation available for professionals with advanced retrofit, chiller, boiler, and commercial mechanical installation experience
