Job summary

All Hours Mechanical, a growing commercial HVAC contractor, is seeking a Commercial HVAC Retrofit Install Technician to install, replace, and retrofit HVAC equipment in office buildings, retail facilities, and industrial properties.

Requirements include 4+ years of install experience, EPA certification, valid driver’s license, and OSHA 10 within 90 days. Competitive pay up to $60/hour plus benefits and company-provided tools and vehicle.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Experience performing code compliant retrofit projects from blueprint to complete.
• EPA certification required; OSHA 10 preferred (required within 90 days of hire).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
• Complete retrofit projects in existing facilities.
• Read blueprints and mechanical drawings; interpret specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades on job sites.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues promptly.
