Job summary

DH Pace Company, a family-owned leader in door, docking and security solutions, seeks a Department Manager for its St. Louis, MO office. You will direct the Commercial install department, lead safety-focused operations, and drive staff development through coaching and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; four+ years of personnel management experience
• Experience ensuring customer satisfaction and managing safety standards
• Ability to lead a team and communicate with management and customers

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the commercial door install department
• Lead process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
• Communicate with management to review results and provide feedback
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and performance reviews
• Lead monthly sales and performance department meetings
