Job summary

Culligan 48MN is seeking a Commercial & Industrial Customer Service Representative to work with Commercial & Industrial customers, discuss orders, resolve problems, coordinate service and installation activities, and meet related needs.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, with at least two years in customer service and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook).

Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts
• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers
• Schedule service and delivery orders
• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team
• Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
