The role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC/R equipment, explaining services, and ensuring customer satisfaction on each visit. You will manage paperwork, stock items, and communicate with the Service Manager to keep repairs on track. Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license.
• Good mechanical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to undergo an MVR and background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R equipment on customer sites.
• Explain services and policies prior to diagnostic and repair.
• Charge and collect for work performed per company policy.
• Complete daily paperwork in the dispatch program with hours and materials.
• Ensure customer satisfaction before leaving the site.
• Maintain a neat, debris-free work area and documents.
• Promote maintenance contracts to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
