Job summary

Atlantic Refrigeration Corp. is looking for a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Delray Beach, FL. The technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems in residential properties, requiring strong HVAC knowledge and customer service skills.

Responsibilities include diagnosing HVAC issues, installing and servicing equipment, and performing preventive maintenance. We offer a competitive salary between $25–$30 per hour, performance bonuses, and a full benefits package including a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
