Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues using industry tools.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on AC units, coils, filters, and ducts.
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and specs.
• Communicate clearly with customers about issues and recommendations.
• Complete service docs, work orders, and maintenance logs accurately.
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner.

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC and air conditioning systems
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues using industry-standard tools and techniques
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on AC units, coils, filters, and ductwork
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and service recommendations
• Complete service documentation, work orders, and maintenance logs accurately
• Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HVAC/AC Technician, preferably in a Florida climate environment
• EPA 608 Certification required for refrigerant handling
• Florida HVAC Contractor or Journeyman license preferred
• Strong knowledge of AC systems, refrigeration cycles, and electrical components
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
