100Hires, Inc. seeks a Commercial HVACR Field Service & Commissioning Specialist for Toledo, OH and surrounding areas.

You will start-up, commission, service, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems, focusing on rooftop packaged units and water-source heat pumps, while mentoring junior techs and maintaining clear customer documentation. The role requires 5+ years in the field, EPA Universal certification, OSHA 10, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems including water-source heat pumps and rooftop packaged units.
• Startup/commissioning experience and mentoring others.
• EPA Universal certification and a clean driving record.
• OSHA 10-hour certification (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Manufacturer certifications (Aaon, Smart Chiller, Samsung, ClimaCool, ClimateMaster) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Start-up/commissioning and service of commercial HVAC systems across air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control, and energy/controls management.
• Hands-on troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs to return systems to peak performance.
• Clear, timely communication and organized documentation for customers and teammates.
• Mentor junior technicians and share best practices.
