Chesterfield Service is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to join our Missouri team. You will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment across rooftop units, split systems, package units, and light refrigeration.

This role involves working with residential customers as needed, delivering outstanding customer service, and participating in an on-call rotation including evenings and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, diagnostics, maintenance and repair.
• EPA Certification preferred; valid driver's license.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, package units, and light refrigeration systems.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on residential heating and cooling systems as needed.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control-related HVAC issues.
• Communicate repair recommendations and system performance findings clearly with customers.
• Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service while representing Chesterfield Service in the field.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Commercial HVAC service experience required (light residential experience preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC equipment, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair procedures.
• Experience servicing rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, heat pumps, and commercial HVAC equipment.
• Ability to work independently while managing service schedules effectively.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information and repair options to customers.
• Ability to complete 2–4 service calls per day while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to participate in evenings, weekends, and on-call schedules as needed.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license (Class E required within first week of employment) and ability to pass a background check.
