Job summary

LimRic Plumbing, Heating & Air, part of TurnPoint Services, seeks an HVAC Commercial Service Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a range of commercial HVAC systems. You will deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring reliable, efficient building comfort for clients.

The role requires three years of service experience, EPA certification preferred, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently and safely on job sites in Charleston, SC.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ commercial HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Ability to read and interpret site drawings.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair to standards
• Communicate repair status with team captains and service manager
• Complete parts forms as necessary
• Monitor truck stock and ensure proper replenishment
• Verify warranty status on equipment
• Use IVR systems to check in/out
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and uniforms per standards
• Ensure OSHA-compliant work activities
• Quote commercial preventive maintenance plans
• Assist in training team members on commercial equipment
