Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• At least 3 years of commercial HVAC maintenance/service experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC controls and refrigerant cycles.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA guidelines and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret site drawings.
• Strong customer service skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests; troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair per warranty and industry standards.
• Communicate repair status with service manager and team captains.
• Complete parts forms as necessary.
• Monitor truck stock and ensure replenishment.
• Verify warranty status on equipment.
• Use IVR systems to check in/out.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms per standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA during repairs.
• Quote commercial preventive maintenance plans.
• Train teammates on commercial equipment.
