Job summary

U.S. Engineering is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, and maintain heating and cooling equipment across commercial properties.

You will handle systems ranging from chillers to air handling units and will participate in on-site installations and commissioning activities. The ideal candidate brings 5 years of HVAC experience, a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years’ service experience in Commercial/Industrial HVAC.
• Experience with chillers and boilers a plus.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships during service calls.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Provide preventive maintenance and start-ups.
• Read blueprints and install components per plans.
• Coordinate with engineers and owners’ reps during commissioning.
• Maintain company records and paperwork for each job.
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes.
