Job summary

MPSW, a Meriton portfolio company, is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Phoenix. This full-time role involves performing electrical and mechanical inspections, start-up maintenance, repairs, and service contract maintenance on the equipment we sell.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of commercial HVAC service experience, a valid driver's license, HVAC certification, OSHA 10 training, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and handheld devices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two to five years of experience in a commercial HVAC service role.
• HVAC certification and OSHA 10 Training are required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical inspections on HVAC equipment.
• Provide preventive maintenance and repairs under service contracts.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Service Coordinators to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Travel to customer sites for service and training.
• Adhere to safety practices and report any issues promptly.
