The role requires extensive troubleshooting skills, ability to read blueprints, and the capability to train junior technicians while ensuring safety compliance and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 refrigerant rules certification.
• NATE or ESCO Institute HVAC Excellence certification.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems per OEM guidance.
• Troubleshoot and repair AHU, boilers, chillers, pumps and fans.
• Read blueprints and develop as-built drawings for facility maintenance.
• Respond to service calls, including emergency outages.
• Train and coach other technicians.
