Job summary

You will diagnose, repair, maintain, and service various commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, package units, and split systems, while communicating findings clearly to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC equipment.
• Working knowledge of RTUs, package units, split systems, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
• EPA Certification (Required).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Dependable work ethic and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC issues across commercial and industrial systems.
• Service and maintain rooftop units (RTUs), package units, split systems, and associated HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and controls-related issues.
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly with customers.
• Complete service tickets and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety and OSHA compliance.
• Represent Walker White Mechanical professionally at customer locations.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities.
