Qualifications

• Five or more years in commercial HVAC service.
• Universal EPA certification required.
• Ability to lift 50 lb regularly.

Responsibilities

• Remove and install HVAC parts and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair commercial mechanical systems up to 50 tons.
• Diagnose and repair refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates.
• Educate customers on HVAC systems and options.
• Mentor and train junior technicians.
• Build relationships through clear, professional communication.
• Ensure all work complies with local HVAC codes and safety standards.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
