Action Air Conditioning, Heating and Solar in California is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to perform installations, diagnostics, repairs, and ongoing maintenance for residential and commercial systems. You will diagnose issues, read schematics, and provide clear guidance to customers while maintaining accurate service records and inventory on your company vehicle.

A strong work ethic and customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in residential/commercial HVAC installation or service.
EPA Universal Certification required; NATE certification or state Journeyman license is a strong plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read schematics/blueprints.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Outstanding communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and service a wide variety of residential HVAC systems.
Perform system installations, replacements, and upgrades per codes and company standards.
Maintain routine preventative maintenance checks and tune-ups.
Clearly explain technical issues and recommended solutions to customers.
Maintain accurate service records and inventory on the company vehicle.
Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment on all job sites.
