Capstone Mechanical is seeking a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our Rochester Hills, MI team. This full-time role includes on-call rotation and a stipend, with responsibilities spanning maintenance, repairs, installations, and precise logging of service details in our internal software.

The ideal candidate has strong HVAC knowledge, problem-solving ability, and solid communication skills. A valid driver’s license, EPA & OSHA10 certifications supported by the company, and a customer-focused

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• EPA & OSHA10 certifications (company-supported).

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment (RTUs up to 40 tons, split systems, light refrigeration).
• Perform HVAC service repairs, quotes, installs, and maintenance for assigned locations.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Log service details using internal software.
• Schedule service, maintenance, and quotes in internal software.
• Obtain part pricing and build quotes.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
