Job summary

Lennox National Account Services is seeking an HVAC Technician to support installation, maintenance and servicing for commercial customers in Tucson, AZ. You will perform on-site preventive maintenance, routine repairs, and calibrations, handling basic issues while escalating complex problems to senior staff.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, EPA Type I/II or Universal, and a valid driver's license. A NATE certification is a plus; travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• EPA Certification Type I & II or Universal is required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work independently.
• NATE certification is a plus.
• Willing to travel occasionally and work weekends/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex HVAC products and/or problems; refer complex issues to senior technicians.
• Use experience and technical skills to determine service requirements.
• Advise manager of preventive maintenance inspections and corrective actions.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work safely and follow all safety measures daily.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
