Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a Field HVAC Technician to support installation, maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC systems. You will perform on-site preventive maintenance, routine repairs, calibration and troubleshoot equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, HVAC trade school preferred, EPA Type I/II or Universal, and valid driver’s license. Overtime and weekend work may be required; relocation may be needed after training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• HVAC trade school graduate preferred with 3.5 GPA and strong attendance.
• 1+ year in mechanical support role; hands-on HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification- Type I & Type II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform physical tasks (lift up to 75–90 lbs).
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance and routine repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose basic to moderate problems; refer complex issues.
• Communicate inspections and corrective actions to supervisor.
• Work in a team-based environment with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Operate safely and adhere to daily safety measures.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends; may require relocation after training.
