Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is hiring HVAC Technicians to support installation, maintenance, and service for commercial customers. You will perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repairs, and system calibration, using your diagnostic skills to determine service needs and next steps.

The role requires 2–6 years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service abilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, EPA certification required.
• EPA Certification- Type I & II or Universal Required.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Technical aptitude for maintenance, service, and troubleshooting equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and safety-conscious workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex HVAC products and/or problems; refer complex issues to senior technicians.
• Use experience and skills to determine service requirements and prioritize actions.
• Advise manager on preventive maintenance inspections and corrective actions.
• Work in a team-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
