Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking an HVAC technician to perform field maintenance, servicing, and repair of commercial rooftop units and related equipment. The role requires safety-conscious, customer-focused technicians who can diagnose problems and perform preventive maintenance on site.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical issues.
• Customer-facing and safety-conscious in field service.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex problems, refer complex ones to senior technicians.
• Use experience and technical skills to determine service requirements and parts needed.
• Advise manager of maintenance inspections and corrective actions.
• Work in a team to share workload and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate safely and observe all safety procedures daily.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Travel as needed for service calls.
