Job summary

Lennox National Account Services in Manassas, VA, seeks a skilled HVAC technician to install, maintain and service commercial systems. You will perform on-site preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and collaborate with a team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years hands-on commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Handle basic, non-complex problems; refer complex issues to higher-level technicians.
• Use experience and skills to determine service requirements and advise on inspections and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the team to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work safely and adhere to safety measures at all times.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
