Job summary

Trulieve in Adel, GA is seeking an HVAC Technician to lead troubleshooting and repairs on commercial HVAC and multi-zone systems. You will inspect, install, and service heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment in a plant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of trades experience related to HVAC duties.
• Completed formal HVAC training (academic or apprenticeship).
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification preferred.
• Able to pass background screening.
• 21+ years of age and eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of commercial HVAC systems.
• Develop modification plans for HVAC systems and remodel projects.
• Create preventive maintenance checklists for new equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and recommend system modifications as needed.
• Research materials for HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Maintain safety and environmental practices; complete paperwork timely.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
