Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an HVAC Technician to lead troubleshooting and repair of commercial HVAC systems and multi-zone setups. You will perform preventive maintenance, assist with installation and alterations, and ensure plants operate safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, reading blueprints, planning modifications, and maintaining accurate maintenance records while working with the Facilities team in Adel, GA.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance experience
• Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade
• Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints and/or technical manuals
• Maintains and documents preventive maintenance activities
• Familiar with EMCS and digital control systems for multi-building facilities
• Ability to interpret as-built drawings and plan modifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems with digital and central energy management controls
• Develop HVAC system modification plans and plan jobs for modifications
• Create preventive maintenance checklists for new equipment
• Interpret blueprints and recommend system modifications for remodels
• Select materials for HVAC installation, repair and maintenance
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of equipment, promote safety and environmental practices
• Complete maintenance tasks and report to the Maintenance Lead
