Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an HVAC Technician to lead troubleshooting and repair of commercial HVAC systems and multi-zone setups. The role covers installation, preventive maintenance, and system modifications while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will read blueprints, work with EMCS controls, and coordinate with the Facilities team. Experience with commercial HVAC and a valid EPA certification is preferred; the position is onsite in Adel, GA.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and manuals.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains equipment records.
• Experience with digital controls and energy management systems is a plus.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Recovery Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC and multi-zone systems with digital controls.
• Develop modification plans and plan jobs for HVAC projects.
• Create preventive maintenance checklists for new equipment.
• Interpret blueprints and recommend system modifications for remodels.
• Select materials for HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Maintain safety and environmental practices at the workplace.
• Perform maintenance duties and complete required paperwork.
