Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking an experienced HVAC technician to perform operations, repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance on commercial and industrial air conditioning and heating systems.

The role requires knowledge of chillers, boilers, air handlers, and related equipment, plus a valid driver's license and strong communication skills. Safety procedures and PPE usage are essential on all handlings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of experience maintaining commercial equipment.
• Universal CFC/EPA certification may be required.
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate, repair, replace and maintain commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Work with the Dispatch Team to complete workload timely.
• Maintain safe work practices per OSHA NFPA 70e standards.
• Handle tools, equipment and testing devices safely on site.
• Stand, lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs and ladders as needed.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear PPE as required.
