Superior Energy Solutions is hiring a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to handle service calls across Maine and New Hampshire. You will diagnose problems, perform repairs, and keep equipment running reliably for commercial clients.

Eligible candidates bring 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a Maine/NH Propane or Natural Gas Basic License. A company vehicle may be provided in select areas, with a focus on quality workmanship and customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Maine or New Hampshire Propane/Natural Gas Basic License.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and controls-related issues.
• Performing preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Identifying equipment deficiencies and recommending appropriate repairs.
• Explaining findings and repair options to customers.
• Completing digital work orders and service documentation.
• Coordinating with dispatch and the service team while managing calls independently.

Put Your Experience to Work

You’ll handle commercial HVAC and refrigeration service calls across the region, diagnosing problems, making repairs, and keeping customers’ equipment running reliably.

Your work will include:

What You Bring

We’re looking for a technician who knows the trade, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can confidently handle commercial service work.

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience; 5+ years preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Solid electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Maine or New Hampshire Propane/Natural Gas Basic License
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and digital work orders
• Professional communication skills and a dependable approach to field service
