Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial refrigeration experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity with commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Maine or New Hampshire Propane/Natural Gas Basic License.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile apps, and digital work orders.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Superior Energy Solutions is expanding its commercial team and looking for an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technician to support customers throughout Maine and New Hampshire.

For more than 30 years, Superior Energy Solutions has provided commercial HVAC/R and mechanical services across the region. We're looking for a technician with a strong refrigeration background who can diagnose equipment issues, perform quality repairs, and keep commercial systems operating reliably.

You'll manage a variety of refrigeration work in the field, with the independence to organize your day and the support of an established team when you need it.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment
• Identify refrigeration system failures and determine appropriate repair solutions

What We’re Looking For
